Ally Samelko
Acupuncturist
R. Ac, R. TCMP
Ally has been a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP) with CTCMPAO since 2021. Ally holds the title for Best Acupuncturist in Whitby according to the Durham Region Readers Choice Awards. Ally graduated with honors from Georgian College’s first-ever Advanced Diploma in TCM Acupuncture. She has since completed multiple training courses to enhance her skills in Cupping Therapy, Laser Therapy, and Cosmetic Acupuncture. Ally is currently enrolled as a part-time student at the National Academy of Osteopathy, her goal is to offer a unique blending of her TCM acupuncture and manual osteopathic training
Ally’s fascination with working with the human body started at a young age leading her down the path of holistic healthcare. People close to Ally had positive results with Acupuncture, piquing her interest in the modality in her early teens. With minimal knowledge of Acupuncture and all the modalities it entails, she led with her intuition and decided to pursue an education in acupuncture right out of high school. Becoming quickly captivated by the practice she knew she was on the path she was meant to follow.
Ally offers an array of treatment approaches working with all the systems in the body to treat physical pain, internal health, dermatological conditions, mental disorders, and reproductive health concerns.
These include TCM-style Acupuncture, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Electro-stim Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha, Moxibustion, and Laser/LED light Therapy. Listed below are some of the many conditions/concerns Ally treats,
